Thank you for visiting Westland Place Apartments, the Jewel of the North End. In 2004, the buildings were completely renovated and now provide the city of Hartford with 50 brand new apartments.

In partnership with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, CHFA, we are able to provide some units as low-income housing.

As part of our continued commitment to providing quality residences and services to our tenants, a playground and picnic area were completed in the summer of 2005.

Westland, located across from Kenney Park is conveniently located on a bus line. We are proud of our complex which features a gated community, card key access, laundry facilities in each building, secure parking, handicap accessible units, and on-site staff. Heat and hot water is included with all rent. We also accept most Section 8 vouchers. Please contact the office to find out if your voucher can be approved. Westland Place Apartments does not accept pets.
